Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2025. By using any Involv service you agree to the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Involv website, platform, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other parties who interact with Involv services.
Services
Involv provides technology consulting, software development, digital marketing, IT support, automation, and hardware supply services. The scope of any engagement is defined by a separate service agreement or statement of work entered into between Involv and the client.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to systems or resources required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input may affect project timelines without constituting a breach by Involv.
Clients must not use Involv services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created by Involv remains the intellectual property of Involv until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Involv retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined per engagement in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
Late payments may attract interest at a rate of 2% per month. Involv reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding overdue balances.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Involv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Windhoek, Namibia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
